TK Marine Solutions engineering team can arrange Superintendent Engineers from ex-engine maker backgrounds. They are fully trained and qualified in troubleshooting, problem-solving and repair the engine, Pneumatic control systems, Lubricating systems and Remote-Control Systems
Pre-Docking Inspection
We will provide you with a list of proposed job scope and spare parts required on our offer to ease your docking preparation.

Docking Supervision
You can now focus on other aspect of docking when you engage us to carry out supervision work for all your engine related jobs during docking. We will Arrange one consultant to carry out supervision of the yard staff when overhauling your engine. Engineers are ready to travel to any destination within short notice period like Asia, UAE, Europe, US, Africa and many more.
Unit Overhauling & Bearing Inspection
We have a full-service team which includes Engineer and Technician to carry out unit overhauling onboard with port stay during cargo operations, OPL or the Dry-Docking Maintenance.
Removal of cylinder cover and combustion space Inspection, Renewal of cylinder water jacket O-rings.Piston crown calibration with replacement of new sets of piston rings.Renewal of cylinder liner, Piston & crown due to wear / damage, stuffing boxand Exhaust valve Overhauling. Inspection and renewal of Main Bearing, Crankpin bearing, Crosshead bearing Annual inspection for Class requirement and replace Bearings.
Fuel Pump Overhauling
We have a full-service team which includes Engineer and Technician to carry out Fuel Pump overhauling onboard with port stay during cargo operations, OPL or the Dry-Docking Maintenance.
Removal of the Fuel Pump, clean, Inspect and calibrate for the Barrel and Plungers. Reassemble Fuel Pump with complete spares,new barrel & plunger if necessary. Check suction valves, Puncture valve for wear age to replace and reassembled and fitted with the Engine. Checking fuel pump timing and setting according to the Fuel Timing Table provided. During the service;we inspect the Fuel Cam and roller guide and adjust the reversing cylinder clearance if required. After the testing submit the final service report to Owner/ Top management.
Starting Air System
We provide Maintenance service for All Type Man B & W UEC Main starting & slow turning Valves and Unit Air Starting valves, Starting Air Distributer, Main Starting valve Actuator, Injector overhauling services Troubleshooting and Docking Maintenance.
